Websites for CA Firms in Bengaluru

A credible, informative website for your practice — services explained, partners and credentials clear, documents easy to send — built within ICAI’s rules on advertising and found by people searching for a CA in Bengaluru.

Problems we fix

The site was built years ago and nobody updates it

A site your team can edit without a developer: add a due-date note, a new partner or a service page in minutes.

It looks like every other CA website

A restrained, credible design — your practice areas, partners and approach — instead of stock handshakes and a wall of logos.

Services are listed as acronyms

GST, TDS, ROC, FEMA, audit: separate pages that say who needs it, what you do and which documents you’ll ask for, in plain English.

Clients email documents to five different people

A document-request checklist and upload portal per client, so the right files reach the right person and nothing sits in a personal inbox.

The same questions arrive every July and March

Informative pages and notes timed to the compliance calendar — what’s due, what to keep ready — so fewer calls are spent on basics.

Directories rank above your own firm

Practice-area pages, a complete Google Business Profile and clear local signals, so people searching for a CA in your part of the city see you.

Your compliance year, as a content plan

A CA practice has a rhythm clients already feel. Informative content that follows it answers their questions before they call.

  1. April – new financial year

What changes for the year ahead, and the records worth starting cleanly.

  2. June, September, December, March

Advance tax instalment reminders, written as a short, factual note.

  3. July – September

Return-filing season and tax-audit timelines: documents to keep ready and how to send them.

  4. Year-end

Closing checklists, books-of-account tidy-ups and what to share with your accountant.

Working within ICAI’s advertising rules

Chartered accountants are bound by ICAI’s Code of Ethics and its guidelines on websites and publicity: content must be informative and factual, and must not solicit work or claim to be better than other firms. We build to that — services, partners, qualifications and contact details, with no testimonials, client lists, fee comparisons or superiority claims. ICAI’s guidance is updated from time to time, so a partner signs off every page, and we work from your instructions and the current guidelines. We’re a design and software studio, not professional advisers.

How a project runs

Four stages, each ending with a partner review. The site goes live only when the firm is comfortable with every page.

  1. 1

    Practice and content review

We learn how the firm works, which services you want shown, and agree what is informative, what is off-limits.

  2. 2

    Structure the practice

Service pages, partner profiles and a client-document flow mapped out on paper before anything is designed.

  3. 3

    Build site and portal

The site first, then the document-request and upload flow, tested with a real client scenario.

  4. 4

    Launch and keep current

We hand over an editor your staff can use, and set a simple routine for due-date notes and updates.

Questions

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Can we list client names or add client testimonials?

Generally not — ICAI’s guidelines restrict this kind of publicity, so we leave it out. The site stays informative: who you are, what you do and how to reach the firm.

Can the site show our fees or special offers?

We recommend against it. Fee quotes and offers can read as solicitation under ICAI’s guidelines. A “contact us for a discussion” route is the usual, safer approach.

Who makes sure the site complies with ICAI rules?

A partner approves every page before publishing. We build from your instructions and ICAI’s published guidelines, and flag anything that looks borderline, but the firm owns the final decision.

Is a client portal safe for confidential documents?

Each client gets a separate login, files travel over HTTPS, and we explain exactly where files are stored before we build. If you’re not ready for a portal, start with a document checklist page and add the portal later.

Do you write the content?

We draft from your inputs and your existing material, in plain English. Partners review and edit before anything is published.

Can we start with just a website?

Yes. Most firms start with the site and add the portal or search work once the basics are in place.

Does your site say what the firm does, clearly?

Send us your website address. We’ll go through it as a prospective client would — services, credentials, how to get in touch — and reply with a short, honest list. Free, no obligation.
