Custom web apps and client portals for businesses that outgrew off-the-shelf tools
Logins, dashboards and workflows built around the way your customers and your team actually work, on the web and, when it makes sense, as a mobile app.
Who it’s for
Businesses whose customers keep asking for updates
A portal where clients can see status, documents and invoices without calling.
Teams whose workflow doesn’t fit a ready-made product
You’ve bent a generic tool as far as it goes and still do the key step by hand.
Founders with a product idea
A first version that real users can log into, built to be grown, not thrown away.
Problems this solves
Customers chase you for status
A login where they see their own orders, documents or appointments, and you stop answering the same message.
Information arrives in five places
One form and one record, instead of WhatsApp, email and paper that someone retypes.
Anyone can see everything
Roles and permissions, so staff and clients see only what they should.
No view of how the business is doing
A dashboard of the handful of numbers you check every week, not a hundred you don’t.
Off-the-shelf tools almost fit
A focused app that does your specific workflow and leaves out the rest.
What we build
Client portals
Secure logins where clients view progress, upload files, sign off and pay.
Booking and scheduling systems
Slots, staff calendars, reminders and rescheduling, set up around how you take appointments.
Dashboards and reports
Live views of leads, sales, jobs or stock, built from the data you already collect.
Internal tools
Approval flows, request forms and task boards that replace chat threads and spreadsheets.
Mobile apps
iOS and Android apps from one React Native codebase, for customers or a field team.
The tech we use
Mainstream tools with large communities, so your product isn’t tied to us and any developer can pick it up.
Next.js and React
The web app itself: fast, tested and easy to extend.
Supabase
Database, user logins, permissions and file storage.
Vercel
Hosting and deployments, with previews you can review before release.
React Native
Mobile apps that share logic with the web app.
How a project runs
Four stages, with a check-in at the end of each. You always know what’s happening and what we need from you.
- 1
Scope
We map who uses it and what each person needs to do, then fix scope and price.
- 2
Prototype
Clickable screens you can test with your team before development starts.
- 3
Build
We build in short cycles and show working software every week or two.
- 4
Launch and support
We go live in stages, train your people and stay on for fixes and improvements.

Questions
Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.
How is a web app different from a website?
A website mainly shows information. A web app lets people log in, enter data and do things, like book, upload, approve or track.
Can customers log in with a phone number or email?
Yes. Sign-in options are chosen with you, and permissions decide who sees what.
Do I need a mobile app as well?
Often a responsive web app is enough. If you need push notifications, offline use or device features, we build a React Native app alongside.
Who owns the code and data?
You do. Code, data and accounts are handed over in your name, and we document how it all works.
How much does a custom app cost?
It depends on scope, so we fix the price after a short scoping step. There’s no obligation to continue after you see it.
