Websites & Branding for Clinics in Bengaluru

Dental, skin and physio clinics: a clear identity, a website that works on a phone and a Google profile that helps people nearby find you and get in touch — all within your council’s advertising rules.

Problems we fix

Your Google profile is half-filled

We set up and tidy your Google Business Profile — correct categories, services, timings, photos, and a polite, steady way to ask patients for reviews.

The website is slow on a phone and hides the number

Most visitors arrive on mobile. We put call, WhatsApp, directions and timings in thumb reach, and keep the pages light.

Three doctors, three different looks

One identity across the signboard, prescription pad, appointment cards, uniforms and Instagram, so the clinic reads as one practice.

Treatments are listed like a catalogue

Plain-language service pages: what the treatment is, who it’s for, what a visit involves — informative, with no promises about outcomes.

Reception answers the same ten questions all day

FAQ blocks, clear fees-and-visit information where you want it shown, and an appointment-request form that lands with your front desk.

Social media is either silent or crosses the line

A calendar of educational, rule-aware posts — oral care, recovery habits, clinic hours, doctor profiles in the permitted format.

What a new patient does before they call

Nobody types your clinic’s name first. They search for a problem and a place, then check a few things in a fixed order. We build for each step.

  1. Searches “dentist near me” or a locality

Indiranagar, Jayanagar, HSR, Whitefield — the map listing and the first lines of your profile decide whether they tap.

  2. Opens your site on their phone

Services, doctor details and timings should be visible without pinching or zooming.

  3. Checks who the doctor is

Qualifications, registration details and experience, shown in the way your council allows.

  4. Calls or messages

One tap to call, one tap to WhatsApp, and a map link that opens directions.

Advertising rules we work within

Doctors and dentists in India are bound by their council’s rules on advertising and publicity — the NMC for doctors and the DCI for dentists. We follow them: no patient testimonials, no before-and-after results, no claims of being better than other practitioners, no offers or inducements. Content is informative — services, qualifications, timings, contact details. The rules are strict and change, so you review and approve every page, and we work from your council’s current guidance. We’re a design and software studio, not legal advisers.

How a project runs

Four stages, with a check-in at the end of each. Nothing goes live until the doctor has read and approved it.

  1. 1

    Rules and details check

We collect your registration details and agree what can and can’t appear, so compliance is settled before design starts.

  2. 2

    Identity and site structure

A look that suits your practice, and a page map built around the treatments patients actually search for.

  3. 3

    Build and profile set-up

Website, booking form and Google Business Profile built and tested together, on real phones.

  4. 4

    Launch and look after

We go live, check the details with you, and keep the profile and site current as timings, doctors or services change.

Questions

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Can you add patient testimonials or before-and-after photos?

Generally not. NMC and DCI advertising rules restrict testimonials, results and comparative claims for registered practitioners, so we don’t add them. We use informative content instead: services, qualifications, timings and how to reach you.

Will you write medical claims about treatments?

No. We describe what a service is and who it is for in plain, factual language, and the doctor reviews every page before it is published. We don’t promise outcomes.

Do you set up and manage our Google Business Profile?

Yes. We set it up or clean up an existing one — categories, services, hours, photos and posts — and can keep it updated as part of a monthly plan.

Can patients book appointments on the website?

The standard build includes an appointment-request form that goes to your reception by email and WhatsApp. If you already use a booking tool, we can link to it; deeper integrations are scoped and quoted separately.

We have more than one branch. One site or several?

One site, with a page for each branch — its own address, map, hours, doctors and Google profile — so patients land on the clinic nearest to them.

How long does a clinic website take?

It depends on scope and how quickly we get photos and details from you. You get a dated plan before we start, with a check-in at the end of every stage.

Is your clinic easy to find and easy to book?

Send us your website address. We’ll review how it looks on a phone, what your Google profile shows and what to fix first, and reply with a short list. Free, with no obligation.
