Custom CRM and ERP tools built around how your Bengaluru team already works

Replace the shared spreadsheet and the WhatsApp follow-ups with a tool that holds leads, clients, jobs and billing in one place, shaped to your process.

Who it’s for

  • Sales and service teams tracking leads by hand

Enquiries live in chats and sheets, and follow-ups depend on memory.

  • Operations-heavy businesses

Stock, jobs, vendors or branches that outgrew a single sheet.

  • Owners who can’t get a straight answer

Who is due, who has paid, what is pending: the data exists but it’s scattered.

Problems this solves

Leads fall through the gaps

Every enquiry gets an owner, a status and a next follow-up date that shows up on someone’s list.

Data is typed again and again

Capture once, and reuse it for the quote, invoice and report.

Reporting takes an afternoon

Pending payments, conversions and workloads are one click away.

Rules live in people’s heads

Approvals, required fields and reminders are built into the tool.

One person holds the whole file

Shared records with a history of who changed what, so the business isn’t tied to one laptop.

What we build

  1. Lead and client CRM

Pipelines, notes, follow-up reminders and a history for every client or enquiry.

  2. Quotation and invoicing tools

Quotes and invoices generated from your own price lists, with payment status.

  3. Inventory and order tracking

Stock in and out, reorder alerts and orders by branch or vendor.

  4. Job and task management

Assign work, track stages and see what’s late, with a view for each role.

  5. Role-based access and approvals

Managers, staff and partners see and approve what fits their role.

The tech we use

Mainstream tools with large communities, so your product isn’t tied to us and any developer can pick it up.

  • Next.js and React

A quick interface that works on a laptop and a phone.

  • Supabase

Postgres database, logins, roles and the audit trail of changes.

  • Vercel

Hosting, scheduled jobs and safe releases.

How a project runs

Four stages, with a check-in at the end of each. You always know what’s happening and what we need from you.

  1. 1

    Map

We follow the work from first enquiry to final payment and mark where it’s retyped, lost or late.

  2. 2

    Choose one problem

We build the part that saves the most time first, rather than a system for everything.

  3. 3

    Build and migrate

We build, import your existing sheets and run both side by side for a short period.

  4. 4

    Extend

Once the team uses it, we add the next module based on what you actually need.

Questions

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Why not just buy an off-the-shelf CRM?

Often you should. If a standard tool fits, we’ll say so. Custom makes sense when your process is specific, or when you’re paying for features you don’t use and still doing the key step by hand.

Will my team actually use it?

Adoption is the main risk, so we build the smallest useful version, involve the people who’ll use it, and keep the old sheet running until they prefer the new tool.

Can it connect to Tally or our accounting software?

Sometimes. It depends on what the product allows. We check this during scoping and tell you what can and can’t be connected.

Can we start small and add modules later?

Yes. That’s how we recommend doing it. One working module first, then the next.

What happens to our data if we stop working with you?

It stays yours. You can export it, and we hand over documentation and access in your name.

Thinking about a CRM or internal tool?

Send us what you have today and we’ll tell you plainly what we would build first, and whether you need it at all.
