Business process automation: stop copying data between WhatsApp, email and spreadsheets
Connect the tools you already use so the repetitive steps happen on their own: the reminder goes out, the form lands in the right place, the report builds itself.
Who it’s for
Teams doing the same steps every week
Sending reminders, copying details between files, chasing documents.
Businesses using many separate tools
Forms, email, WhatsApp, calendars and payment links that don’t talk to each other.
Owners who want fewer manual checks
Daily or weekly summaries without somebody building them by hand.
Problems this solves
Reminders depend on someone remembering
Scheduled messages go out on time, every time, to the right person.
Double data entry
A form or message is captured once and sent to every place that needs it.
Missed follow-ups
When a lead goes quiet or a document is overdue, the right person is notified.
Slow reporting
A daily or weekly summary is generated and sent automatically.
Tools in silos
Payments, accounting, calendar and messaging connected so records stay in step.
What we build
Reminder and notification flows
Appointment, payment and deadline reminders by email or WhatsApp, with rules for who gets what and when.
Form-to-system pipelines
A submitted form creates the record, assigns an owner and sends an acknowledgement.
Document collection and chasing
Requests, uploads and automatic nudges until the file arrives.
Scheduled reports
Summaries of leads, sales or tasks sent to the people who need them.
Integrations between your tools
Payments, calendars, email, WhatsApp and accounting software linked through their APIs where available.
The tech we use
Mainstream tools with large communities, so your product isn’t tied to us and any developer can pick it up.
Supabase
Database, scheduled jobs and functions that run your rules.
Next.js
Admin screens where you see what ran, what failed and what’s next.
Vercel
Hosting and scheduled tasks.
React Native
Where staff need alerts or approvals on a phone.
How a project runs
Four stages, with a check-in at the end of each. You always know what’s happening and what we need from you.
- 1
List
We write down the repetitive steps and how often each happens.
- 2
Pick
We choose the ones with the most time or error cost, and design the rule for each.
- 3
Build and test
We build with a safety net: logs, retries and a person who is told when something fails.
- 4
Monitor
We watch the flows after launch and adjust as the business changes.

Questions
Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.
What can be automated and what shouldn’t be?
Repetitive, rule-based steps are good candidates. Anything that needs judgement or a human relationship should stay with a person, with the system doing the preparation.
Can you automate WhatsApp messages?
Within what WhatsApp’s business platform and its rules allow, including approved message templates and opt-in. We explain the limits before building.
What happens when an automation fails?
We add logs, retries and a notification to a named person, so failures are seen and fixed instead of going unnoticed.
Do I need a CRM first?
Not necessarily. Many automations work on a form, a sheet or your existing tools. If a CRM would help, we’ll say so.
Will automation replace my staff?
The aim is to remove repetitive chores so people can spend time on customers and decisions.
Thinking about automating the busywork?
Send us what you have today and we’ll tell you plainly what we would build first, and whether you need it at all.
